Directed by Tony® winner Walter Bobbie and inspired by a real event, this “downright wonderful” (Newsday) original musical tells a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and ‘40s. The story unfolds as a rich tapestry of deep emotion, beautiful melodies and powerfully moving performances. Propelled by an ensemble of onstage musicians and dancers, the entire show is framed around Carmen Cusack's Alice Murphy, who is "nuanced and forceful, effortlessly eloquent both as the younger Alice and as her older, sterner iteration."(The Guardian) Literary editor Alice develops a relationship with a young soldier just home from World War II, awakening her longing for the child she once lost. Haunted by their unique connection, Alice sets out on a journey to understand her past—and what she finds has the power to transform both of their lives.

Sharpen your wine-tasting skills and get familiar with dozens of Northern California wines at the 12th Annual Ghirardelli Square Uncorked! Wine Tasting Festival. You'll be able to sample an epic amount of great vino at this event taking place throughout the courtyards of Ghirardelli Square, as well as on adjacent Beach Street. Prefer beer? There will also be a beer sampling garden in the plaza, with last pour at 4:30pm. The festival will also include an assortment of food vendors and live entertainment. HAMILTON at Orpheum Theatre

HAMILTON is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary.  Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway, HAMILTON is the story of America then, as told by America now.
 
With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and music supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, HAMILTON is based on Ron Chernow’s biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
 
HAMILTON’s creative team previously collaborated on the 2008 Tony Award® Winning Best Musical IN THE HEIGHTS. HAMILTON features scenic design by David Korins, costume design by Paul Tazewell, lighting design by Howell Binkley, sound design by Nevin Steinberg, hair and wig design by Charles G. LaPointe, and casting by Telsey + Company, Bethany Knox, CSA.

Philanthropy and stellar entertainment take center stage as the Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation  (REAF) presents a special one-night-only benefit cabaret to raise funds for The Richmond /Ermet Aid Foundation and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Songs from Finding Neverland will not be performed.

The Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation has worked with over 45 touring casts to date to produce "One Night Only Cabaret" events. To date, REAF has distributed over $3 million to AIDS service agencies.
